Con Brio Series

Please subscribe to our exciting CoN BRIo Series!

This diverse series of five outstanding performances is presented in a warm atmosphere. Concerts are held at All Newton Music School on Fridays at 11 am followed by lunch with the performers at noon. Five performances including lunch catered by Bakers Best are $90. Single tickets $20 each. (Reservations are necessary.)

Oct. 15th Greg Livingston, Double Bass Greg is a music teacher in the Newton Public Schools, Director of the Newton All-City Orchestra and member of the Civic Symphony of Boston. He will be joined by Sayuri Miramoto, an active recitalist and accompanist.
Nov 12 th Paulette Bowes, Clarinet, Scott Woolweaver, Viola, Kevin McGinty, Piano. This ANMS signature ensemble will surely delight you as they perform some of their favorite repertoire.
Feb 4th “The Adventures of John Manjiro”, a narrated suite of piano pieces widely performed throughout the United States by Poet Pat Callan, and Composer Yoko Nakatani.
March 11th “L’Etoile Duo” featuring ANMS faculty member Hsin-Lin Tsai and husband Miguel Perez-Espejo Cardenas, Violins. Works by Telemann and Milhaud.
April 1st

“Pictures You Can Hear”, Constantine Finehouse, Piano, and Olga Caceanova, Violin.
Works by Saint-Saens, Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Chopin, Schemmer.

Series $90 includes a light lunch catered by Bakers Best.
